Message	If so, go through insurance immediately. If not, good luck...hope you don't get screwed over. For the record, I will ALWAYS go through insurance if the other person is at fault. My DD 97 200sx just got rear-ended 1 month ago. The damage is very minor - can't even tell from anything more than 2 ft away. The guy's insurance paid me $522 and the inspector was very kind/professional about the whole thing. I paid $1100 for this car 5 months ago, strictly to save gas money vs driving my truck. It has rust and the paint is not exactly perfect.
